Pavona gigantea (Leaf Coral) is a species of cnidarians in the family Agariciidae. They are listed in cites appendix ii. Dead Leaf Coral form shallow marine sediments. Leaf Coral form marine reefs. They have asexual reproduction, alternation of generations, and sexual reproduction; they are broadcast spawners. They have no parental care. They are sessile animals.

Definition: Appendix II lists species that are not necessarily now threatened with extinction but that may become so unless trade is closely controlled.
