Favites melicerum (Ehrenberg 1834)

Favites melicerum is a species of cnidarians in the family Merulinidae. They are listed as near threatened by IUCN and in cites appendix ii. Dead Favites melicerum form shallow marine sediments. They have asexual reproduction and sexual reproduction.
