Favia fragum (Golfball Coral) is a species of cnidarians in the family Faviidae. They are listed in cites appendix ii. Dead Golfball Coral form shallow marine sediments. Golfball Coral form marine reefs. They have asexual reproduction, alternation of generations, and sexual reproduction. They have parental care (symbiont inheritance and brooding). They are sessile animals.
