Echinophyllia aspera (Flat Lettuce Coral) is a species of cnidarians in the family Lobophylliidae. They are listed in cites appendix ii. Dead Flat Lettuce Coral form shallow marine sediments. Flat Lettuce Coral form marine reefs. Individuals can grow to 440 µm. They have asexual reproduction, alternation of generations, and sexual reproduction; they are broadcast spawners. They are sessile animals.
