Agelaius phoeniceus (Red Winged Blackbird) is a species of birds in the family New World blackbirds. They are native to The Neotropics and The Nearctic. They visit flowers of Black Birch, Japanese Tree Lilac, and eastern cottonwood. They are diurnal omnivores. They have parental care (paternal care, pair provides care, and female provides care). They rely on flight to move around.
