Puvel's illadopsis (Illadopsis puveli) is a species of bird in the family Pellorneidae. Its horizontal interrupted range of presence extends across the African tropical rainforest (mainly West Africa, on either side of the Dahomey Gap). Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical dry forest, subtropical or tropical moist lowland forest, and subtropical or tropical moist shrubland.

Distribución y hábitat

Se encuentra en los bosques húmedos tropicales y zonas de matorral de Benín, Camerún Costa de Marfil, Gambia, Ghana, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Liberia, Malí, Nigeria, noroeste de la República democrática del Congo, Senegal, Sierra Leona, Sudán del Sur, Togo y Uganda.

L’Akalat de Puvel (Illadopsis puveli) est une espèce de passereau de la famille des Pellorneidae.

Répartition

Son aire horizontale interrompue s'étend à travers l'Afrique équatoriale (surtout en Afrique de l'Ouest, de part et d'autre du Dahomey Gap).

Habitat

Il habite les forêts sèches tropicales et subtropicales, les forêts et zones de broussailles humides tropicales et subtropicales de basse altitude.
