Casuarius casuarius (Southern Cassowary) is a species of birds in the family Casuariidae. They are native to Oceania continent (Australia, NZ and islands). They are solitary, diurnal herbivores. They have parental care (only male provides care, paternal care, and female provides care). They rely on running to move around.
