Thysanozoon flavotuberculatum (also called the yellow spot flatworm)[2] is a species of flatworm of the genus Thysanozoon, that was first described in 1939.[3][4] T. flavotuberculatum is greyish with scattered black flecks and yellow papillae.[5] It is found in the seas around Australia and Indonesia.[6]

Thysanozoon flavotuberculatum is een platworm (Platyhelminthes). De worm is tweeslachtig. De soort leeft in het zoute water.
Het geslacht Thysanozoon, waarin de platworm wordt geplaatst, wordt tot de familie Pseudocerotidae gerekend. De wetenschappelijke naam van de soort werd voor het eerst geldig gepubliceerd in 1939 door Hyman.
