Merulina scabricula (Crispy Crust Coral) is a species of cnidarians in the family Merulinidae. They are listed in cites appendix ii. Dead Crispy Crust Coral form shallow marine sediments. Crispy Crust Coral form marine reefs. They have asexual reproduction and sexual reproduction.

Definition: Appendix II lists species that are not necessarily now threatened with extinction but that may become so unless trade is closely controlled.
