Peponocephala electra (Many Toothed Blackfish) is a species of mammals in the family Delphinidae. They are listed in cites appendix ii. They are native to Atlantic Ocean, Indian Ocean, and Pacific Ocean. They are diurnal carnivores. Individuals are known to live for 564 months and can grow to 2.78 m. They have parental care (female provides care). They rely on swimming and lift powered swimming to move around.

Definition: Appendix II lists species that are not necessarily now threatened with extinction but that may become so unless trade is closely controlled.
