Aetomylaeus bovinus (Duckbill) is a species of Myliobatiformes in the family Myliobatidae. They are listed as critically endangered by IUCN. They are native to Ethiopia, Mediterranean Sea, Atlantic Ocean, Indian Ocean, and the Palearctic. They are solitary carnivores. Individuals can grow to 150 cm. Reproduction is ovoviviparous and iteroparous. They have parental care (female provides care). They rely on swimming and pectoral fin oscillation to move around.
