Gymnothorax funebris (Black Moray) is a species of ray-finned fishes in the family morays. They are native to The Neotropics, Atlantic Ocean, and The Nearctic. They are solitary, nocturnal carnivores. Individuals can grow to 250 cm. They have sexual reproduction. They have parental care (female provides care). They rely on swimming and anguilliform to move around.
