Lepidotrigla omanensis és una espècie de peix pertanyent a la família dels tríglids.

Descripció

  • Fa 13,5 cm de llargària màxima.[4][5]

Hàbitat

És un peix marí, demersal i de clima tropical que viu entre 56-329 m de fondària.[4]

Distribució geogràfica

Es troba des del Golf d'Aden i el Golf d'Oman fins al sud de l'Índia.[4][6][7][8]

Observacions

És inofensiu per als humans.[4]

Vissen

Lepidotrigla omanensis is een straalvinnige vissensoort uit de familie van ponen (Triglidae).[2] De wetenschappelijke naam van de soort is voor het eerst geldig gepubliceerd in 1905 door Regan.

De soort staat op de Rode Lijst van de IUCN als niet bedreigd, beoordelingsjaar 2009.[1]
