Ephippion guttifer (Common Puffer) is a species of ray-finned fishes in the family puffers. They are carnivores. Individuals can grow to 80.0 cm. They have sexual reproduction. Reproduction is iteroparous and oviparous. They rely on anal and dorsal fin swimming to move around.
