Lagocephalus spadiceus és una espècie de peix de la família dels tetraodòntids i de l'ordre dels tetraodontiformes.

Hàbitat
És un peix de clima subtropical i demersal.[4]
Distribució geogràfica
Es troba al Mar Roig (des d'on ha entrat a la Mediterrània -Israel,[6] el Líban i la Mar Egea- a través del Canal de Suez),[7][8][9] Sud-àfrica i Austràlia.[10][4][11][12][13][14][15][16][17][18][19][20][21][22][23][24][25]
Observacions
És inofensiu per als humans.[4]
