Mycteroperca venenosa (Yellowfin Grouper) is a species of ray-finned fishes in the family sea basses. They are listed as near threatened by IUCN. They are native to The Neotropics, Atlantic Ocean, and The Nearctic. They are solitary, crepuscular carnivores. Individuals can grow to 100 cm. They have sexual reproduction. They rely on swimming to move around.
