Lactuca floridana (Woodland Lettuce) is a species of annual herb in the family Asteraceae. They are native to Canada, Puerto Rico, and The Contiguous United States. They have magenta flowers and achenes. Flowers are visited by Chalcosyrphus nemorum, Distichona auriceps, Halictus poeyi, and Sciara atrata.
