Erigeron canadensis (Canadian Horseweed) is a species of shrub in the family Asteraceae. They are native to Canada, Caatinga, Cerrado, GoiáS, Eastern North America, US Minor Outlying Islands, Pampa, SãO Paulo, U.S. Virgin Islands, Amazônia, The Contiguous United States, Western North America, Distrito Federal, Pantanal, Mata Atlântica, Rio Grande Do Sul, Rio De Janeiro, Minas Gerais, Puerto Rico, Paraná, Saint-Pierre Et Miquelon, Santa Catarina, and Bahia. They have white flowers and achenes. Flowers are visited by 7-spot ladybird, Tarnished Plant Bug, Syritta pipiens, and Paragus haemorrhous. Individuals can grow to 5 feet.
