Phenax sonneratii (Asian Ghostweed) is a species of shrub in the family Urticaceae. They are native to Pernambuco, Mato Grosso Do Sul, Santa Catarina, Amazônia, Sergipe, Rio Grande Do Sul, RondôNia, Mato Grosso, Bahia, Minas Gerais, Mata Atlântica, GoiáS, Ceará, Cerrado, Espirito Santo, Rio De Janeiro, Alagoas, The Neotropics, SãO Paulo, and Paraná. They have achenes.
