Cerastium arvense (Field Chickweed) is a species of perennial herb in the family carpetweeds. They are native to Alaska, Western North America, Canada, Saint-Pierre Et Miquelon, Eastern North America, Greenland, and The Contiguous United States. They have capsule fruit. Flowers are visited by Callophrys augustinus, Olympia Marble, Persius Duskywing, and Lasioglossum calceatum.
