Lysimachia lanceolata (Lance Leaf Yellow Loosestrife) is a species of perennial herb in the family Primulaceae. They are native to The Contiguous United States and Canada. They have purple flowers and capsule fruit. Flowers are visited by Yellowjacket Hover Fly, Svastra compta, Macropis steironematis, and Ditemnus bidentatus. Individuals can grow to 2.5 feet.
