Pleopeltis macrocarpa (Lanceleaf Polypody) is a species of perennial herb in the family Polypodiaceae. They are climbers. They are native to Tocantins, Pernambuco, Ceará, GoiáS, SãO Paulo, Santa Catarina, Amazônia, Espirito Santo, Pantanal, Pampa, Mata Atlântica, Alagoas, RondôNia, Rio De Janeiro, Pará, Minas Gerais, Rio Grande Do Sul, Caatinga, Sergipe, Cerrado, Mato Grosso, Bahia, Mato Grosso Do Sul, Puerto Rico, ParaíBa, and Paraná. They have simple leaves. They have alternation of generations.
