Miconia splendens (White Flower Johnnyberry) is a species of shrub in the family melastomes. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to Pará, GoiáS, Mata Atlântica, Mato Grosso, Acre (Brazil), Roraima, Bahia, Amazônia, Cerrado, RondôNia, Paraná, Puerto Rico, Amapá, and Espirito Santo. They have simple, broad leaves. Individuals can grow to 8 m.
