Coincya monensis (Star Mustard) is a species of annual herb in the family crucifers. They have a self-supporting growth form. They have simple, broad leaves and loculicidal capsule fruit. Flowers are visited by Red-backed Mining Ant, Buff-tailed bumblebee, Scaeva pyrastri, and Common carder bumblebee. Individuals can grow to 0.31 m.
