Chrysopsis scabrella (Coastal Plain Goldenaster) is a species of annual herb in the family Asteraceae. They are native to The Contiguous United States and Us Fws Southeast Region. They have achenes. Flowers are visited by Perdita blatchleyi, Lasioglossum nymphale, Agapostemon splendens, and Flat-tailed Leaf-cutter Bee.
