Hyala vitrea (Translucent Hyala) is a species of snails in the family Iravadiidae. Dead Translucent Hyala form shallow marine sediments. They are surficial modifiers. They are detritivores. Individuals can grow to 3 mm. They have sexual reproduction. They are burrowers.
