Annona mucosa (Wild Sugar Apple) is a species of tree in the family Annonaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to Minas Gerais, Rio Grande Do Sul, Puerto Rico, Mata Atlântica, Mato Grosso, Rio De Janeiro, Pará, Bahia, Acre (Brazil), Amazônia, and Cerrado. They have simple, broad leaves and compound fruit. Individuals can grow to 25 m.
