Pandinus imperator (Emperor Scorpion) is a species of scorpions in the family burrowing scorpions. They are listed in cites appendix ii. They are native to Ethiopia. They are nocturnal carnivores. They have parental care (female provides care).

Definition: Appendix II lists species that are not necessarily now threatened with extinction but that may become so unless trade is closely controlled.
