Description

Large tree. Bark smooth, pale grey-brown. Leaves with 4-7 pairs of pinnae; leaflets in 6-22 pairs per pinna, asymmetrically oblong, often pointed at the apex, appressed-hairy and often much paler below; midrib asymmetrical and almost diagonal. Flowers in rather lax heads, creamy-white; stamens up to 1.2 cm long. Pods flattened, up to 34 cm long, brown.
