Metaxya parkeri is a species of herb in the family Metaxyaceae. They are native to Pernambuco, Amazônia, Mato Grosso, Mata Atlântica, Roraima, Pará, RondôNia, ParaíBa, Acre (Brazil), Piauí, Maranhao, and Bahia. They have pinnate leaves. They have alternation of generations.
