Helianthus laetiflorus (Cheerful Sunflower) is a species of perennial herb in the family Asteraceae. They are native to The Contiguous United States and North America. Flowers are visited by Ichneumon ambulatorius, Mydas tibialis, Common Eastern Bumblebee, and Allognosta fuscitarsis.
