Its natural habitats are rivers, freshwater lakes, freshwater marshes, and inland deltas. It is threatened by habitat loss.[1]

Morfología

Los machos pueden llegar alcanzar los 40,3 cm de longitud total.[2]​

Hábitat

Es un pez de agua dulce.

Distribución geográfica

Se encuentra en Ruanda y Burundi.
