Description: English: Alder Leaf Beetle - Chrysomela interrupta, Leesylvania State Park, Woodbridge, Virginia. There is another similar Chrysomela species, but I think this is the Alder Leaf Beetle since there were many Alders around, and the other species lives on Willow, which there weren't any of those around.
