Symphonia globulifera is a species of tree in the family clusoids. They are native to Rio De Janeiro, Sergipe, Mato Grosso, Mata Atlântica, Espirito Santo, Tocantins, Acre (Brazil), Amazônia, Pernambuco, Piauí, ParaíBa, Roraima, Amapá, Pará, RondôNia, Alagoas, Bahia, Cerrado, and Maranhao. Flowers are visited by Straight-billed Hermit, Golden Lion Tamarin, Chlorostilbon notatus, and Bananaquit.
