Calidota momis Dyar

Calidota momis Dyar, 1912, p. 55.

Forewing 23.5 mm. Front of head greyish brown; vertex greyish yellow, with black posteromedial spot. Tegulae greyish yellow, each with black spot posteromedially; patagia greyish yellow; rest of thorax greyish yellow, with black posteromedial spot and black anteromedial spot. Forewing greyish yellow, with black basal spot and greyish brown spots at end of cell. Hindwing greyish yellow; translucent proximally. Dorsal surface of abdomen orange yellow; segments 2–8 black laterally, segments 2 and 3 light greyish brown medially, segments 4–8 with black anteromedial patch; ventral surface olive brown.

Described from a male (USNM 13848) from Jalapa, Mexico, and a female (paralectotype) from Misantla, Mexico.
