Calidota angelus Dyar

Calidota angelus Dyar, 1907, p. 228.

Forewing 18.0 mm. Front of head light greyish yellow; vertex greyish yellow anteriorly, reddish orange posteriorly. Patagia greyish yellow, with lateral and medial brownish white fringes; tegulae and rest of thorax greyish yellow. Forewing greyish yellow, with brownish white markings along veins and medial part of costal area. Hindwing brownish white, with some reddish orange scales at base. Abdomen reddish orange dorsally; yellowish white ventrally, with lateral longitudinal line of dark greyish brown.

A single male (USNM 10923) from Mexico City, Mexico, is designated in the original description.
