Penstemon spectabilis (Penstemon) is a species of perennial herb in the family Plantaginaceae. They are native to The Contiguous United States and North America. Flowers are visited by Pseudomasaris vespoides, Diadasia bituberculata, Acmaeodera connexa, and Anna's Hummingbird.
