Stachys palustris (Hedge Nettle) is a species of perennial herb in the family Lamiaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to Alaska, The Contiguous United States, and Oceania continent (Australia, NZ and islands). They have simple, broad leaves and purple flowers. Flowers are visited by Rhingia rostrata, dotted fan-foot, Common carder bumblebee, and Meligethes. Individuals can grow to 3 feet.
