Sporobolus pyramidatus (Target Dropseed) is a species of annual grass in the family true grasses. They are native to Cerrado, Puerto Rico, Caatinga, Amazônia, Pantanal, Alagoas, Rio Grande Do Norte, Piauí, The Contiguous United States, Pernambuco, Bahia, Mato Grosso Do Sul, ParaíBa, Ceará, Mato Grosso, RondôNia, Minas Gerais, and U.S. Virgin Islands.
