Gomphrena globosa (Globe Amaranth) is a species of annual herb in the family Amaranthaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They have simple, broad leaves. Flowers are visited by Callicista columella istapa, Syrphid fly, Hylephila phylaeus, and Edales pandava.
