Claytonia virginica (Virginia Springbeauty) is a species of perennial herb in the family Miner's lettuce. They are native to Canada, The Contiguous United States, North America, and Eastern North America. They have capsule fruit. Flowers are visited by Juvenal's Duskywing, Andrena tridens, Pure Green Augochlora, and Eucera belfragei. Individuals can grow to 5 dm.
