Silene acaulis (Moss Campion) is a species of perennial herb in the family carpetweeds. They are native to Saint-Pierre Et Miquelon, Greenland, The Contiguous United States, Alaska, Western North America, and Canada. They have capsule fruit. Flowers are visited by Erebia pandrose, Scopula, Euphydryas editha, and Hecla Sulphur.
