Podophyllum peltatum (Mayapple) is a species of perennial herb in the family Berberidaceae. They are native to The Contiguous United States, Canada, North America, and Eastern North America. They have berries. Flowers are visited by Two-spotted Bumblebee, Least Skipper, Virginia Carpenter Bee, and Ichneumon ambulatorius.
