They are native to Mato Grosso, Amazônia, Paraná, Mata Atlântica, Puerto Rico, Acre (Brazil), Santa Catarina, Espirito Santo, Pará, U.S. Virgin Islands, Minas Gerais, Bahia, and Rio De Janeiro. They have white flowers. Individuals can grow to 50 feet.
