Hecistopteris pumila (Moss Fern) is a species of perennial herb in the family Pteridaceae. They are native to Pará, Sergipe, RondôNia, Mato Grosso Do Sul, Acre (Brazil), Mata Atlântica, Amazônia, Rio De Janeiro, Minas Gerais, Puerto Rico, Mato Grosso, SãO Paulo, Amapá, Santa Catarina, Bahia, Roraima, and ParaíBa. They have simple leaves. They have alternation of generations.
