Ricciocarpos natans (Fringed Heartwort) is a species of liverworts in the family Ricciaceae. They are native to Pará, Amazônia, Mato Grosso Do Sul, Mata Atlântica, Bahia, Rio Grande Do Sul, Pernambuco, Pantanal, Paraná, Mato Grosso, Rio De Janeiro, Espirito Santo, Santa Catarina, and SãO Paulo.
