Vittaria (Shoestring Fern) is a genus of herb in the family Pteridaceae. They are native to Puerto Rico, Pacific Basin excluding Hawaii, Hawaii, and The Contiguous United States. They have simple leaves. Individuals can grow to 28 m. They have alternation of generations.
