General Description

General colour of adults are very dark, close to black with a few irregular light marks along the sutures (Ross, 1944). Segment 9 of males is divided into dorsum and sternum. The clasper has two articles which are smoothly taperd to a blunt. The distal article is slightly curved (Schmid, 1983).
