Medicago lupulina (Black Medick) is a species of annual herb in the family legumes. They are climbers. They have yellow flowers. Flowers are visited by Eucera parnassia, Lasioglossum politum, Confused Sweat Bee, and Heriades cressoni. Individuals can grow to 2 feet.
