Naucoria montana Murrill, Mycologia 4: 78. 1912
Pileus hemispheric-umbonate, gregarious, 1-2 cm. broad; surface glabrous, striate, lightbrown, dark-brown on the umbo; lamellae adnate, broad, of medium distance, heterophyllous; spores pip-shaped, pointed at one or both ends, minutely echinulate, ferruginous, 9-11 X 4-5 u' stipe crooked, slender, cylindric, equal, glabrous, brown above, fuliginous below, 3-4 cm. long' 1-2 mm. thick.
Type locality: Cinchona, Jamaica. Habitat: On dead wood. Distribution: Jamaica.
